@Aathira

Actually you can receive mails from any POP3 servers (example Yahoo (india) accounts OR gmail accounts OR your private server with POP3),but all of them will land in a single gmail account of yours so you can manage them all from one place.

Gmail always uses inbox to store incomming mails.
You can label the emails, coming from other email addresses.

When done this way, all the messages received from other accounts will be in the same inbox? or could they be stored in 3 different folders.. because i need to see these stored messages for reference. Gmail is not storing the messages in the inboxes anymore?

Hello Nancy,
"Forwarding" and "POP access" features are only available to paid MSN/Hotmail users,hence you cant use gmail to access those emails.

I went through the g-mail accounts and set up all my e-mails but I am having trouble with setting up the receiving of hotmail. I keep getting an error message. I have done a little more reading and it looks like g-mail does not support hotmail msn. There was a lot of info online about POP, servers, smtp etc. And it sounded like if you wanted to be able to forward something from msn, you would have to pay for it. Any help here? Thanks, Nancy
